The undocumented immigrants would arguably have the right to shoot and kill the people trying to detain them under Missouri’s Stand Your Ground Law. And they almost certainly could if they were not in fact undocumented.

What if they are leaving a location? As they aren’t entering or remaining, they can’t be doing that. And if it’s unlawful for an undocumented alien to enter a house, it can’t be to leave it, as they can argue they’re trying to satisfy their legal obligation…
