I don’t like the word ‘tolerate.’ We tolerate cold weather and taxes. LGBTQ+ learners deserve to be accepted, included, and valued—not just tolerated like an inconvenience.

If I could get rid of tolerate from posters that encourage inclusion, I'd get rid of every single one.
