But this is certainly more in the Enjoy pile. The only Syd Barrett-led album, he is a superb presence across this record.

That being said, the epic instrumental that is Interstellar Overdrive lives up to its name.

Beyond that, a great collection of fun psychedelic songs.

TBH I'm not a fan of DSOTM either. An ex-boss had just bought some very fancy,state-of-the-art and huge speakers and he decided to give it a try through them, and I remember being thoroughly unimpressed, and another spin later on didn't convince me either. But this one is on my to-hear list.
