Even if there were ~$50bn in DEI and climate programs, which there aren’t, and the latter aren’t what people think they are, there definitely isn’t **$300 billion** worth. And that’s not including the things the Secretary has directed may not be cut, which exceed the demanded topline by the end.

This article for example says 8% across the FYDP, NPR says 8% in this FY. Any confusion that would create that could also be 8% each FY for the FYDP.
