I can't tell from the lighting whether this could be the matte black one I saw pulled over but a cop next to Ravens Stadium yesterday (or was it Monday?)...that one definitely got the Nelson_ha_ha.gif treatment from me.
Boy, it sure would be. Is this the area? Right off of Baltimore? Easily accessible by the Charles Center metro? Because that would be such an easily accessible spot for those ne'er-do-well graffiti types.
It saddens me to say it is. And I especially hope they don’t realize they could also get there in under 30 minutes on the 51, the silver, or free purple circulator
