Also, let's not dismiss, everyone Pardoned charged with Sedition has now received aide from The Occupant at the White House. If before he was not considered an insurrectionist, he has just given aide and comfort to them. They are still convicted despite their release or commutation.

SCOTUS has exempted Trump from the jurisdiction of the US for an ambiguously wide range of activities. Let's sue against his right to be President on the ground he's not a citizen, and claim he's estopped from arguing the point due to his own executive order declaring his "interpretation."

By issuing obviously ineffective executive orders and simultaneously pardoning those who previously broke the law on his behalf, he intended to promise a pardon to those who will enforce his illegal or legally ineffective orders. "Legality" of the orders is now beside the point. As are the courts.

I know you know this, but the Constitutional showdown over the 14th Amendment already happened: the court legitimized his illegitimate run for office. When SCOTUS redefines the clear meaning of a word to mean something it does not, they step outside the law. You can just call them criminals it’s ok.
