If a Republican elected official won’t hold a town hall, Democrats should step in with surrogates or the closest US elected representative.

You could cut the entire budget and we would not claw back the huge debt the first Trump policies created! Don’t buy his crap or Melania’s junk. Don’t attend rallies for Felon47. Don’t donate to any Republican. Make them use their personal wealth. Save your money -you and your family will need it.

Something I've now heard from federal worker constituents at several agencies: Musk and Trump's mass firings are clearing out all personnel from FOIA offices and leaving them completely empty, it sounds obviously intentional.

"'The law was someone’s xenophobic dream, but they went so far in their illegality that they said you can’t have water, sewage, or electrical services unless you prove your citizenship,' Karen Tumlin told The Bulwark." A cautionary tale from Alabama:

People experiencing pregnancy loss in states with abortion bans told us they wished they had known what to expect and how to advocate for themselves. We created this guide for anyone who finds themselves in the same position.

Firing all of the JAGs (Judge Advocates General)—the top lawyers in each service branch—is just as bad as, if not worse than, firing (most of) the Joint Chiefs.

This book is written by a young, government worker who was fired. If you can, buy it for a kid or school. She was fired because she was probationary status. I don’t have huge followers by any imagination, but I hope this gets retweeted.

Again, the cruelty is their goal.

Hey so they’re deporting people who legally came here to study.

She needs to be in charge of Oversight. Currently, we have a 70+ year old man, battling cancer who looks and is unwell. Oversight needs a 'don't fuck with me' face and she's got it.

JUST IN: Judge extends ban on DOGE's access to Treasury Department payment data, but says issue is mostly with "processes." Judge Jeanette Vargas (Biden/SDNY) gives agency until March 24 to show that DOGE employees have proper clearances & training. Doc: storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

Trump fired the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff? I wonder what race he … come on, let me finish before you start laughing

Illinois looks very different in 2025 than it did in 2019. We've passed six balanced budgets with nine credit upgrades, invested in education, driven economic growth, strengthened our social safety network, reformed the criminal justice system, and rebuilt our infrastructure.

Stop supporting those who support trump completely and forever -

Nancy Mace is, among other things, just painfully stupid.

Steve Bannon announced: he spoke with Ric Grenell, and the J6 Choir will perform at the Kennedy Center. Yes, this is real. Don’t wish that it were satire?

Lucky for him, he still has the treasury to rob.

Tackling a Trump 2.0 case for the first time, a divided Supreme Court for now maintains a pause on Trump's bid to fire the head of a watchdog agency, but leaves open the option of getting involved soon: www.nbcnews.com/politics/sup...
