If the Supreme Court ultimately agrees with what the gov't is arguing today, that the President has broad Article II powers that would permit it to deport people & there can be no judicial review, then literally no one is safe.

These are the powers presidents have been using for conflicts (not war) for decades.
Any contention revolves over the threat. Does the threat merit the force?

Is breaking the Constitution an official act? That’s the rub.
And if we feel/support in court that they broke/breeched that contract.
Then the contract is voided due to their lack of performance of duties.
No contract. No obligation for our performance either.
