The amount of people that drive high, and don't think it's a problem, is crazy! Supposedly drunk driving was like that too before organizations and the government made it taboo.
I'll see the occasional sign abour how your reactions are slowed while high, but there's really no law against it. It's just discouraged. I just think it smells like skunk so I hate it.
Well in all states you can get a DUI/DWI for any drugs, including prescribtion, if they prove your impaired enough. Even without a set legal blood/breath limit for a substance.
And then in some states it at least used to be illegal to drive with any detectable THC. Utah was that way that changed it
