Kiibo, the spirit of wishes, is the mascot of Anjo City. He turns people's wishes into stars and sends them to the Milky Way, where the God of Wishes grants them. Every time the God grants a wish, Kiibo gets candy as a reward (the real reason he sends the wishes).
