Heat destroys vitamin C. If processing the juice requires heat (to concentrate it or to kill germs or both) the vitamin C remaining may be too negligible to count.
This is why the Royal Navy, after figuring out that citrus prevented scurvy, decided it didn't. Their lime juice had been boiled.
Hey, I know this one! It's because, ever since the 2016 nutrition label updates, vitamins A and C are no longer required to be included on nutrition labeling (since deficiencies of these aren't common). I'm a bit surprised they weren't included voluntarily, but perhaps there was a space constraint.

The big bottle seems like there should be room but the designers probably wanted it for something else.
