I looked at this page and don't see where it says that this is submitting your name for the class action suit? It just looks like a contact form to me. And the Authors Guild says all authors whose books were used are automatically included in the suit https://authorsguild.org/news/meta-libgen-ai-training-book-heist-what-authors-need-to-know/

Not a lawyer so uh you know I might be entirely wrong but my read: This is not that big of a loss. The claim under the CDAFA is an ancillary state cause of action. I think the DMCA claims could still be really big.
