Yesterday, Gov. DeWine signed SB 237, Ohio's anti-SLAPP bill. This prevents the hijacking of Ohio courts to bully, silence & bankrupt critics. Thanks to Senators Manning & Gavarone for making this possible & protecting free speech. Bipartisan efforts to improve Ohio are still possible.
