Think about every school shooting in this country. The shooter was identified immediately, there was no doubt they did it, and yet, they STILL had due process. I am not defending the person, I'm defending the process.

but... If the mother had a legal deportation order and the 2 yr old was born in the USA.. Would you not want the child to stay with the mother? The mother had a choice... leave the child in the USA with relatives or take them with her.
It sounds like the parents had made arrangements for someone to care for their child in this instance, so we do not need to guess the mother's wishes. It does not sound like the mother was given a choice.
Following the rule of law requires being able to read and comprehend the law. This administration is unable to do that.
Its time to start requiring candidates actually meet the qualifications of the job.
