I’ve been on two (in particular) in different orgs where people reached that conclusion. In both cases (one in Aussie and one in Europe) the organisation was wholly supportive of people’s decisions to leave. It was awesome to see.

That's frikken awesome. I should say this all went down in the Department of Conservation in 2005. Let's pay our A-band rangers $29k pa for the privilege of saving the environment, and lets pay all the women a little bit less. Let's have management be an old boys club of ex FS and L&S staff.
