Thanks to just 10 Senate Democrats, we’ve lost any leverage we had to stop the Trump-Musk coup.
If your senator caved today and voted to give Trump more power, tell them how angry you are: https://indivisible.org/resource/tell-your-democratic-senator-youre-angry-they-caved-and-supported-republican-continuing?source=bluesky&medium=directpost
If your senator held the line, say thank you: https://indivisible.org/resource/call-now-thank-your-democratic-senator-opposing-extreme-republican-continuing-resolution?source=bluesky&medium=directpost

If he does this, I hope there’s an Empty Chair event held instead!
It only takes 10 Senators to start the process. Call your senators and demand they oust him immediately.
It was only 10 Senators who capitulated on this.
The rest are livid. The house reps are livid.
Call your senators. Only 10 total capitulated.
The House Reps are furious.
This is a moment we can actually get some change!!!
I have hope…
Its probably true just like. The level of planning that'd have to take and even then this whole thought is gonna inspire unhealthy paranoia in a lot of people who don't have good coping skills when there's no support.
So, the House Dems have my trust. The Senate Dems, not so much.
EVERY message from these idiots should be FLOODED with “STFU” and “GFY” responses.

2) To quote an old Indivisible post, "We choose to fight"
We can't change the past, as much as it sucks. To quote a self-help book, whose title I can't remember, "Power is in the present moment."
We've got to do what we can *now.* I'm focusing on Tesla.
* Florida-2
* NY-1
Ok, these may be long shots, but these House elections can tip the balance. And we've seen, the House is willing to fight for us.
We need to keep pushing back. The less people want to buy Tesla now or in the future, the better.
https://newrepublic.com/post/192687/elon-musk-panicking-tesla-stock-value
The lower Tesla stock price, the more Musk may be forced to sell stock.
The less wealth Musk has, the less influence he can exercise over our elected officials and other countries, if we keep boycotting.
Chuck Schumer, John Fetterman, Catherine Cortez Masto, Angus King, Dick Durbin, Brian Schatz, Gary Peters, Kirsten Gillibrand, Jeanne Shaheen, and Maggie Hassan.
Call me crazy, but this is NOT what we’re going for.
But now we move forward and really start to vote for only those that are strong, not old school, because those days are over!!!

Are they still hiding from constituents calls?
What now?

We lost our strategic leverage because of 10. X
