Instead of saying 'biological sex' can we find another term to use? We're all biological, trans or otherwise. The term has been used by terfs to discriminate against us, suggesting our transitions are unnatural and artificial.

Assigned/Birth sex would be more appropriate.

It's become a neoliberal acceptable way of saying "gender identity is the thing we humour you about, and biological sex is the real thing you are" even though biological sex is very mutable and people have a lot of incorrect assumptions about it.
