Cracking open the Noyau tonight.
I made it with my daughter in the Spring from Beech leaves, Gin, Brandy and home made sugar syrup. Made a label for it, looks nice but not tasted yet. Apparently it is an old Chiltern Hills woodsman drink.
Excited and slightly nervous to see what it’s like!
