A διάκονος φόβου? φόβου or φοβοῦ?
What if Paul does not command the Roman Christians to “Fear!” in Romans 13:4, but rather calls the State a διάκονος φόβου, where “servant” is elided?
Interesting note: I cannot find any instance in LXX or NT of a positive imperative to “fear” (φοβοῦ) anyone but God.
