Not like there’s anywhere else for those fees to go though- they’re a monopoly. Like, what would even happen? I hate the testing monopolies in general but like, not even resting on the leverage that gives you as a company seems extra sad/cowardly.

Dual enrollment at the local community college is the alternative. Means you're not teaching to a test, but also means courses will vary in what they cover and the level of learning

That's a possibility. I've never been a reader because I have kids to take care of at home when school is out.
Earlier history teachers tried to force a move from the Tampa Bay reading site because of what Desantis was pulling with AP-AAS and Psych. They just moved the history readings

This is College Board definitely preemptively moving to the right. As of right now, no learning objectives or historical developments have changed in the courses. A lot of teachers are questioning what will happen with AP African American studies if this is the direction Trevor Packer's AP is going.

It won't matter if your learning objectives aren't reflected in the AP tests. The students will fail.
