I dunno man, if the WH can point to people from Latin America and say "gang member," and point to people from the Arab world and say "terrorist" or "antisemite," and those designations lead directly to detention or worse, I think we have to acknowledge we're in a pretty bad place.

It’s always been a fiercely bigoted country built on horrific discrimination. Bigots feel liberated. It’s what American crave.
We must take a definitive stance that we cannot coexist in a country with people who vote and cheer for this outcome, and we must all fight to bring an end to American conservatism as an enfranchised ideology.
The thing is Bad. It doesn't become bad by being badly timed anymore than it becomes acceptable by being opportunely timed. It is bad on its face, legally and morally.

I don't know what we are going to do. Who has the power to stop him? We can't count on congress. They are a joke. The GOP is dead and MAGA has replaced them. Democracy dies with them.
