We have done many focus groups and surveys and etc etc on this subject and I gotta tell you, it's actually pretty much exactly correct that the solution to this is more guys having an older guy in their life tell them to pick up a skateboard or a guitar who cares

The European school system gets that not parenting is helpful so their early years’ programs focus on good constructive engagement from day 1.
The teachers/staff in Anglo schools were at a loss and expected parents to sort it out.
This guy helped me not only get out of my apartment, but got me into helping organize local protests, even if they were small.
Just having that one guy helped me care for myself more than any therapy has helped. Wish he was still around
