INTEL: I've now heard from 2 sources that Trump is preparing an EO to shut down the Department of Education. It would be blatantly illegal and unconstitutional. I'll believe it when I see it, and we'll fight it if it comes. Stay tuned.

How can this happen in America!! Executive orders must be consistent with and operate within the limits of applicable law, whether found in the Constitution or statute. An executive order can be revoked by a court ruling that the order was illegal or unconstitutional. Let’s take this to court!!
