Yea because you have no idea if you can even enter the country and if you might be thrown in some dank prison. It's a dangerous place to be atm and might be on the edge of civil war. Anything can happen there at the moment, it's extremely volatile. Rather go to Canada or other sane place.

Certainly happy I emigrated 🙄…used to make regular trips to the ‘old country’, but now told my siblings they can visit me until the orange felon’s gone

One of my choirs was just invited to perform in NY in 2026…an honour, for sure, but no-one wants to go to the USA 🤷🏻‍♂️
