I'd really like sex in stories to be treated the same as violence. Besides "cozy" there's rarely a "no fight scenes!" Or "it's nothing but murder start to finish!"

Like, if a story leads to sex, let it go there. If it leads to violence, let it be violent, and vice versa. Sex isn't a genre.
