Ahhh, well, it's cased glass, a clear layer above the black twists, which look to have been pulled and twisted from a flattened rod, lampwork-style. There are just a few small bubbles between the clear & yellow layers, i think they were in motion, rising towards the outer clear glass when it cooled.
as I said before, they borrow a lot from each other and if you have a school in that area, it is very possible that it could come from there as well. we have many at home that are signed but cannot find the artist even with a signature. and many are made in education.
Had it been here, it's a little reminiscent of Ulrica Margareta Hydman Vallien or Murano, but it's a start to look at. You probably have a slightly different glass culture than we do.
