• Biden has confirmed record numbers of judges who have previously worked as public defenders (more than 45), as civil rights lawyers (more than 25) or as lawyers representing workers (at least 10).

• Nearly two-thirds have been women.

As opposed to Trump appointment of 2 or 3 very questionable SCOTUS nominations, and other totally unqualified judges like Cannon, who managed to get to oversee the case against Trump for illegal document retention (a clear conflict of interest requiring recusal)!
