The Administrative Procedure Act goes back to 1946, and was signed by Truman. I can't help but wonder if it matters to this SC that President signed, or if Congress overrode a veto to make it law.

Even if/when
it fails, Dems have sent a strong message that it’s not acceptable.
I read something about repeating the same behaviour but expecting different outcomes. But who knows maybe the corrupt Supreme Court will be more willing now that he actually had the power to inflict retribution on them.
