Would seem to go against everything this court has said about states being able to decide their own election laws (like Georgia did after 2020) & redistricting. If states that fully or partially do vote by mail had to establish & staff polling places (including security) it would be a huge expense.
There's nothing to sue over...TRUMP HAS NO POWER WHATSOEVER TO CHANGE ANYTHING REGARDING ELECTIONS. This is like suing him over making McDonald's the nation food. STOP PRETENDING LIKE TRUMP IS AN ALL POWERFUL DICTATOR KING WHO CAN CREATE ANY LAW OUT OF THIN AIR!
