do you have any insight as to why trump went after perkins and not elias law firm? for the most part the work that upset trump at perkins was done by elias and he took that practice out of there years ago, and most of the political law attorneys stayed with him.

Need more of Big Law to sign on to briefs or publicly announce they will fight back against this shit. This is where taking an ad out in the NYT or Wash Post shows explicitly where they stand. Make sure each firm is listed and signed by as many attorneys as they can get.

That the attorney representing the administration walked out of there unsanctioned means the pushback fell short. There's giving wide latitude in argument and then there's tolerating being slapped in the face.

This whole thing is beyond the pale and sickening ro watch. No love for Perkins but...
