Today was a good day. After yesterday being so awful,really needed a good day. Digital sells were up after being flat yesterday. My energy was up and I had lost .6 pounds this morning. News that Chef AJ's lung tumor had shrunk. And my freezer arrived today! Beatin' back the darkness 1 step @ a time.
