Aww there's a buff colored Somali cat that's been hanging around the neighborhood that I was able to finally get it's trust and pet today. It was playing in the street yesterday. It's the sweetest baby. I suspect my neighbor is bringing cats home from the shelter that she works at & letting them go.

Today was a good day. After yesterday being so awful,really needed a good day. Digital sells were up after being flat yesterday. My energy was up and I had lost .6 pounds this morning. News that Chef AJ's lung tumor had shrunk. And my freezer arrived today! Beatin' back the darkness 1 step @ a time.

No weight loss in a while. Weighed 143.8 this morning. I had a few days where I didn't stay on point w/ calories. I tried something new yesterday where I ate at 10 AM and then again 5 AM instead of my usual 3. Helped to stop my late night hunger. No matter what I always want to eat something at 5.
