What's causing the power outages? I remember when I was younger, they had to update the power lines in my town because they were old. And we had months of power outages. Some days it would be off all day.

There are certainly measures you can take to help prevent that or sway the odds in your favor. Weight bearing exercises, a mostly plant based whole food diet etc. And on a positive note, only 35% of Americans will end up in a nursing home before the end of their life.
