Seek medical help for: Symptoms of intestinal obstruction, such as severe abdominal pain, bloating, or vomiting; blood in stool or black, tarry stool; persistent constipation despite home and over-the-counter remedies.
You could also try OTC laxatives or a mineral oil enema. Natural remedies include prune or prune juice which are laxatives; warm liquids such as tea or coffee; and abdominal massage.
Try increasing your fat intake for a bit to get things moving, but generally I try to eat a 2:1 fat to protein mix. If it's truly been 2 weeks, you may need medical assistance and might need to be evaluated for a bowel obstruction or other issue.
If you jump quickly into the carnivore diet, your system may give you problems. Browned butter bites may work great for many, but not for me. When constipation was a problem for me, I ate one to two avocados per day. Your body will let you know when you can ease off the avocados.
