Tesla had exactly two things that were extremely valuable: an integrated supply chain that allowed them to bring products to market faster than competitors (this is no longer the case), and the Supercharger network (Musk fired everyone on its development team). The company is moribund.

Also they have been afloat and profitable because credits, which is apparently virtually all fraudulent accounting. That’ll be spiraling down too I gather.
