Extremely important to understand that your physical documents (DL, passport, ID cards) are also included in the ‘personal property’ that cannot be arbitrarily demanded without a warrant. You do not have to provide ID to ICE or CBP when questioned. ICE “administrative warrants” are not binding.

another tip is to get a business card of some random lawyer and put it in your wallet. That's all. When ICE strip-searches you the card will stop them from proceeding because they can't take the risk that you might be lawyered-up
