What happens to them happens to me. Maybe not today or tomorrow, but eventually, it comes full circle. At the very least, it should be self-preservation.
You forget that most perpetrators become so from their infused idea of their victimhood.
Tell people often and long enough they are the victim of others and their rancour and spite will grow to perpetratorship.
Perpetrators start out from infused victimhood.
if the "rescuer" is a liberal they'll throw the victim under the bus once it no longer suits them to be portrayed as the rescuer
This is why 70 year old white liberal men in congress can't be trusted to give a shit or fight for you. They are liberals therefor capitalists therefor profit motivated.
This sounds a lot like the Trumplings’ “poison skittles” metaphor from a few years ago. So you are okay with rapists and murders who take peoples rights because the other choice right now is not helping the way you want them too? While they’re not perfect, they’re a step above the shameless cruelty.
second, critiquing liberals isn't the same as voting for a nazi CR bill thus enabling fascism, actually, democrats fucking did that, and they started throwing trans people under the bus, and they wouldn't distance themselves from genocide to win an election.
How about you wake up? People are being indiscriminately disappeared by federal agents, due process has been thrown out the window, constitutional rights have been disregarded.
But you're comfortable huh, got AC, got ur bills paid. You don't know struggle, so shut your fucking mouth.
"Nonviolent Action" isn't a denunciation of violence. It's an accessible component of resistance to tyranny and oppression with a long history of contributions to liberty and justice. Its purpose is not to coddle oppressors, but to retain popular sympathy.
Direct action, mutual aid, build relationships with your neighbors, establish neighborhood worker councils to defend, protect and maintain your community.
Go talk to people, go organize, go protest, fight, be angry, rage... The state cares more about capital than people, destroy capital.
You forgot the hero is defined by the power that's refined themselves as the victim. Rescuers must be defectors from that power group. ONLY those in power can save the victims.
> The oppressors, who oppress, exploit, and rape by virtue of their power, cannot find in this power the strength to liberate either the oppressed or themselves. Only power that springs from the weakness of the oppressed will be sufficiently strong to free both.
— Paulo Freire
I have history on my side. All rebellions were spear headed by the newly rich/power class & they only used the poor/ minorities as collateral damage. After, the lot of the rich improved exponentially/remained the same but the poors' luck got worse . I choose not to reconcile w/ a manipulation, ty.
I can't tell if you're advocating FOR or AGAINST elite leadership, and I don't understand what you're calling "manipulation." I am a student of Freire and Fanon, among others. That's the history I am familiar with.

Chirp elsewhere
See you out there!
"A revolution is not a diner party. Revolution is an insurrection, an act of violence by which one class overthrows another"
Arm and organize your community. Protest, vandalize, be violent. Make change.

You’re already doing it. Trans people, women, immigrants, queer people are already the victims of the perpetrators.
If you haven’t acted against this (social media posts don’t count), but you’re not a perpetrator, then you’re just a bystander
