“Bombs Over Baghdad” is probably the best song in the tournament, and the rest of the album is good enough to be a worthy champion.
But this is my favorite PJ Harvey album and I’d love for her to close the (~20 vote, at this writing) gap and make it real close. (Or even overtake OutKast…)
