“Bombs Over Baghdad” is probably the best song in the tournament, and the rest of the album is good enough to be a worthy champion. But this is my favorite PJ Harvey album and I’d love for her to close the (~20 vote, at this writing) gap and make it real close. (Or even overtake OutKast…)

Stankonia isn't even a Top 3 (!!) Outkast album for me but it's highs are in the stratosphere and there's no other album like it. B.O.B. in particular would hit just as hard if it was released today as it did 25 years ago... I assume that will remain true in 2050
