Should never have done the mirror universe, let alone held onto it for so long. Robbed Lorca of everything interesting about him, destroying one of the show's best characters in the process.
Then they combined it with S31, which they also fumbled. So now we have a movie of a series no one wanted.
Regular non-mirror Georgiou was a delight and a fitting counterpoint to Lorca. If they wanted more Michelle, they could easily written her back to life or only wounded and gone for a while etc etc etc. Chewing scenery evil is fun for a bit, but low key Michelle is waaay under appreciated.
