- women at the CIA who want to get together and celebrate women spies
- people at the Defense Intelligence Agency who want to observe...Holocaust Remembrance Day.
- apparently, any federal celebration of...Black History Month.

IMO most people may not like tedious sexual harassment trainings, but it's also a pretty low priority issue for them. You might win them over by convincing them that basic equality/dignity and the occasional overreach are a package deal ... and Trump's actions so far are evidence that they are!

Dignity, prestige, agency, autonomy-- take your pick. They won't suffer anyone that isn't a white man in a position of power or influence, and want to relegate everyone else to a permanent underclass. Project 2025 was very clear about this.

Also it reduces white women's access to and participation in professional work places as they are the biggest beneficiary of DEI programs. Rather grim on top of Dobbs and a potential national abortion ban.
