Caring about facts is why I'm progressive. I don't quite understand what's the point of holding onto outdated ideas if facts are the priority.
The people may claim otherwise, but their taking violent offense at the thought of reducing suffering says otherwise.
Because otherwise it's literally manipulating data unethically.
They ignore these so people only think restrictions are being passed.

I think legacy media is on its way out and that tech is democratizing power but 1) no one’s clear how to maximize that and 2) government is overwhelmed by the level of advancement and democratization
