I've been chased after off highways with my family in the car with me. I've been assaulted in numerous ways. I would have a $10,000 bounty if I ever went to TX and arrested for fraud in FL. That’s not how that works and never has been. It’s a travel warning. Nothing more. Never has a travel warning automatically granted refugee status to the people living in the country being warned about. It’s not about you. It’s about trans people from those countries visiting the USA.

Agree in principle, but in practical terms, a travel warning is fully separate (and generally wayyyy easier to issue) than revising criterion for refugee status (which varies significantly between nations) or asylum (mostly defined by the UN)
