Canadians need to keep an eye out for USA RW techbros & hedge funds buying up their farms, properties, acreage, mineral & water rights out from under them. IDK what laws Canada has on the books re: foreign ownership, investment apps, obscured ownership, etc., but this should be looked at carefully
