OK, Internet, I’ve just bottled my first batch of Riesling. This is my fifth batch of wine. I’m going to be at this for years, but so far the practice has been paying off. This one has been clear, great legs and it is bordering on dessert wine.

Now I just need to put this in someone’s mouth
