I think they did come to the UK but I never saw them alas 😔 I was on a yahoo groups mailing list in the early 2000s that shared some live recordings though at least!
They had a clip in rotation on MTV Europe/UK. There was some money behind them but probably not enough to make them notaceble to us Dutchies (we're focused on the UK, so US bands had to do well there first).
