What non-writing thing did you have to figure out after publishing that you did NOT anticipate?
For me, my pen name, my signature, ordering boxes and envelopes that fit different book orders.
Also cameras, mics, etc. for making video content!

Like, I thought I might need them for making those little book graphics sure, but I've since used them to create an audiobook specific cover, a banner, bookmarks, t-shirt designs, etc.

And the signature I use to sign books is definitely not what I use to, say, sign checks.
I had a coworker names Jaime and most people mangled his (Spanish) name.
