I genuinely wanted my workers to have access to whatever healthcare they need or want; I actually think most small business owners feel the same. But I could *never* guarantee it because those choices weren’t up to me even if I had given the insurance company a blank check. It haunted me every day.

Got married, got decent insurance and now I'm working hard to get my health back on track. It shouldn't be like this.
We're working on getting outside the traditional system to be more in control, but it's REALLY not easy or feasible for most companies of our size.
This is something only the federal government can solve.
