A lot of property from the 50s is starting to fall apart, what if we did a "Trade the Ranch for a Duplex or Fourplex" but only for individuals agreeing to rent to section 8.
There are so many ways it could be funded and it could fix some sh**.
Esp. If eco-coded etc.
I dunno, but it'd fix more than "Drill baby, drill" of that, I am certain.
