Again, Twitter WON this case (decisively) at the district court level. The 9th Circuit made it clear that Twitter would win on appeal at oral args. And now it decided to just hand over $10 million to Trump.

I feel like if a business wants to bribe any politician they just that the pol sue them and then immediately settle it.
